美国总统George Walker Bush 名字的结构是：First name/given name/the personal name/Christian name+ middle name + last name/family name/surname=full name，即：教名/第一名 + 中间名 + 姓氏=全名，中间名字可以缩写：George W. Bush（美国习惯），在英国教名也可以缩写：G. W. Bush，另外，很多时候，中间名可以略去不写：George Bush
